The Fishdock Fryer – Central Cleethorpes Seafront
The Fishdock Fryer is looking for an experienced Food Preparation Assistant to join our busy fish and chip shop on the central Cleethorpes seafront.
This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who can work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
Requirements:
* Previous fish and chip shop experience is essential
* Experience working on food preparation
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
* Able to work well as part of a busy team
* Strong understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety
* Available for an immediate start
Duties Include:
* Preparing fish, chips, and other menu items
* Operating safely and efficiently
* Maintaining food quality and presentation standards
* Assisting with stock rotation and kitchen organisation
* Ensuring cleanliness and compliance with food hygiene regulations
* Supporting the team during busy service periods
