Morning everyone

Need your help again , we have a electric bike that needs some tlc but no one seems to be able to work on it 😩

Hubby got it through bike to work scheme needs chain and hydraulic breaks and pads , but so far no one can help us we have tried jc cooks already and contacted a few others with no luck

Can anyone repair it or know someone who will
