New Year - new challenge??!! Have you ever wanted to own your own coffee shop? Well now's your chance! It’s time for someone to bring something new to this little corner of Clay Cross & it’s wonderful community.
We had a great foundation and we took it to another level. We have extensively renovated the building. Everything is included in the sale and we are looking to sell for £14,995. We refurbished the Cafe extensively to increase seating inside and out - going from 8 covers inside and can now seat over 30 inside & 20+ outside. We have increased footfall threefold. Including using social media to drive customers from neighbouring towns & cities.

There is still massive potential for new owners to increase turnover (eg extended opening hours, deliveroo, JustEat).
The new owners would be buying a successful business in the heart of a wonderful community and would be able to walk in on day one and hit the ground running.

All you need is ambition, no experience necessary.
