Today is defo a cake and Hot Chocolate kinda day !
We can do all kinds of different flavour chocolates to pair with any cake.
Our go to ones are :

It makes it a real nice environment to work with decent customers.

Im not just saying that so you come in and tap our card to leave us a review 🤣🤣

But honestly, it says more about you as a person to visit us and other independents than follow the sheep to the chains with their overpriced bland .

This is my silence, my time of day I use to reflect.
I'm slow at cleaning down, just because I use this silence or calm to think about what's next?
See, in hospitality its never silent and always changing. I need silence to think or im running 100mph in my head.
Costs and restrictions control what we'd like to do to what we can actually do. But what we do, we want to do well.
At the moment we're thinking menu changes.
The salads are good, but will we start throwing more away than we sell as the weather is changing?
What do we put in the fridge?
Shall we get rid of the fridge and change the layout?
Are Jackets coming back?
What new trendy things can we add to our menu ?
Ah , so many things to consider.

Id love to hear some ideas of what you have, that you feel could benefit our customers

Wow ! What a day 😬
Today we sold out of :
Girthy 85% Pork Sausages
Smoked Griddled Back Bacon
Mushrooms
Baked Beeeeanns
Seeded Brown Bread
Black Pudding
Hash Browns !
Chickpea Salad 😋

Luckily our delivery was on its way, (although late due to the A12)
So we are all stocked Back up for tomorrow all fresh and ready to go 😀

Thank you to those that visited us today and didnt throw a wombly about compromises 🤣

I know we put alot of work in creating a banging breakfast with the best ingredients but they have really taken off lately.

No wonder it was voted the best in Clacton 🥰
