📌 Café Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Organising and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the café.
• Managing and coordinating the team and staff performance.
• Preparing and maintaining staff schedules.
• Monitoring and maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Keeping records, analysing business performance and profitability.
• Controlling costs and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
• Implementing new ideas and solutions to improve service quality, optimise processes, and increase profitability.
Requirements:
• Previous management experience in the restaurant, café, or hospitality industry.
• A high level of English to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and handle daily operational matters.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Responsibility, organisational skills, and initiative.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
👨🍳 Head Chef
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Head Chef.
• Strong kitchen and team management skills.
• Knowledge of and compliance with food safety standards.
• A UK Food Hygiene Level 3 Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to monitor food quality and kitchen processes.
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Experience in menu planning, stock control, purchasing, and minimising waste.
• Creative approach to developing new dishes and improving the menu.
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
☕ Barista / Café Team Member
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing coffee and other beverages according to café standards.
• Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Operating the till and taking customer orders.
• Assisting kitchen staff when required.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the café and work areas.
Requirements:
• Previous barista experience.
• Friendly, positive, and communicative personality.
• Good spoken English.
• Responsibility and ability to work as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and professional appearance.
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
