At Amore Mio, Cirencester's most loved pizza restaurant, every pizza starts with our 48-hour slow-fermented sourdough base — light, crispy, and easy to digest on even the warmest July day.

Our pizzaiolo crafts every pizza to order using imported Italian ingredients, San Marzano tomatoes, and Fior di Latte mozzarella. No frozen bases. No shortcuts. Just real Italian pizza, made the way it should be.
