Sunday at Housmans was one of those days that started off as something small and ended up becoming something very, very special. ❤️
We had a friendly game of rounders against the bike shop — and obviously, Housmans won! 😂🏆
What was supposed to be a little staff get-together, a game of rounders and a BBQ afterwards, turned into so much more. A few wonderful people joined us, everyone got involved in the spirit of charity, and together we raised a whopping £500! 🙌❤️
The money will be divided equally between Church Stretton Swimming pool and the Alice Ruggles Trust, two fantastic causes that we are so proud to support.
And our Housmans team… honestly, what can I say? ❤️
They all turned up, got stuck in, helped with the BBQ, worked together, put in a shift and gave their time — all in the name of charity. It was such a lovely reminder of what an incredible team we have.
Me and Ben are so incredibly proud of every single one of you. ❤️
Something that was meant to be small and a little more private turned into a really special day, bringing staff, friends and our community together for a great cause.
And next year… I think we need to make it even bigger! More pubs, more teams, more of the community and, of course, more rounders! 😂🏏
Sunday was a good day. A very, very good day. ❤️
