I’d like to say a huge thank you to Liam the Fishmonger for all his hard work and dedication. Unfortunately, Liam has made the difficult decision to call it a day, as support for fresh fish over the last few weeks hasn’t been enough to make it viable.

It’s a real shame, and I feel the village has lost a fantastic opportunity to support a local business and enjoy quality fresh fish on our doorstep. We’d like to wish Liam all the very best for the future and thank him for everything he has done. 🐟💙

🍣🐟 FISH FRIDAY IS BACK! 🐟🍣

Hello everyone! Tomorrow is Fish Friday, and Liam will be outside the Red Lion, Wheelton from 1:30pm–2:30pm. 🦐🐟

⏰ He’s only there for one hour, so be sure to pop down and grab your fresh fish and seafood.

Can’t make it during that time? No problem! Simply get in touch with your order, and he’ll arrange for it to be left at the pub for collection later. Contact Liam on 07443 873003
