Kaths burger and shake coming very soon. Was hoping to be fine sbd open earlier but due to ill health its been on hold but hopefully sorted over next few weeks. Experienced chef wanted looking at desserts and burgers and shakes really trying to keep very simple this time

Names for a burger / dessert milkshake please ksths been pondering over it to long now and need to get cracking with revamp and not doing breakfast or delivering no more not worth the hassle. Plus every man and there dog doing breakfast

Sorry we not replied to everyone's messages and we been abit quiet I have took a step back to think things over on how to move forward with the cafe. The full cafe is having a revamp top to bottom the menu is going and we going to keep it simple breakfast and sandwiches etc morning. Then few hours of then Just burgers and desserts at night. This isn't going to be same food I am changing everything well not me personally we are adding a chef or 2 there snd the food will be next level I promise however I am taking a step back. We are looking at getting premises licence too but won't be right away. Unfortunately it's only going to be eat in when aloud and collection only sorry this might change in the future.. please when re open deal directly with cafe wayne erfmann myself will be having no involvement with it I have enough going on and need to concentrate on that and my family.. we will be open again in around 4 weeks will keep.you updated all the best Regards Wayne

Chef wanted must be very experienced..don't just want someone that can cook sorry. Want someone that's been head chef can confidentialy run the cafe while training others.. design new menu, a simple menu, take care of all ordering and give owner a simple life with no hassle, sending put 5 star food on time, possibly looking for 2 people or 1 very keen person maybe a day menu doing breakfast then possibly another menu doing teas and desserts at night. no novice please i will need previous employment details and will be making lots of checks when we re open I want to re open right and re open the best around. Don't forget we open today we are doing things little different. Instead of taking every order and some being extremely late we will be going offline when orders stacking up. We going for a new approach and it's quality not quantity as my Mrs keeps telling me anyway. Have a wonderful day. We are well on the way with transforming shop. But 💯 won't be fully sorted til next week. We are still going to open deliverey or order for collection only. All cafe side is ok, it's front of house and new ventilation and abit of painting to finish next week. Then will try doing 7 days again. Please get behind us this weekend we appreciate all your kind words. Menu will be same for next 2 weekend's then will have a full new menu too. Regards Wayne and team ###x
