Virtually all of the photographs we use on these pages are of actual dishes that left the kitchen. Occasionally we use licensed additional images from other sources for illustration purposes. Our chefs have their own individual styles so the layout of the dish may be different to the pictures shown. All we ask is that comments are polite and honest. Things do sometimes go wrong. When they do, we e

xpect to be given an opportunity to investigate before agreeing a way forward. Because of the number of fraudulent claims made in the past, the company have decided that no cash refunds will be given. Where food is returned uneaten, the duty manager, at their discretion, will offer an immediate replacement meal or a voucher for the replacement cost if the customer choses not to accept the meal. Management will follow up any fraudulent reviews or claims following legal advice.

Welcome to Raffaello Restaurant, Guidepost. We are delighted to have the opportunity of bringing authentic Italian cuisine to you. We are very proud of the standard of food and drink we offer. We aren’t here to be the cheapest, but we are here to be the best! We have a variety of special menus created by our chefs. These include a wide range of hot and cold starters, risotto, pizza and pasta dishes, and we offer chicken, steak and fish cooked to perfection. All of our dishes are available to take away.

We have gluten free options available on request and can try our best to accommodate anyone who has specific dietary requirements. Please just ask in advance if possible.

We also have special menus from time to time (most weekends) and Happy Hour combinations. We have great choices for children - check out our Young Diners menu: go to the ‘menu’ button on our page to browse the range we offer.
