Jokes aside what an incredible milestone 10 whole years of hard work loyalty and putting up with us on our busiest (and sometimes craziest) days!
Lisa you’re not just part of the team… you are the Bistro. The care you show the standards you keep, and the way you look after everything like it’s your own it never goes unnoticed.

Through the laughs the stress the long days and late nights you’ve always been there and we truly couldn’t have done it without you.

Thank you for everything you do (and for not quitting on us 😂).
