After such a strong response, we’re extending our opening hours:
Thursday: 5–8pm
Friday: 5–9pm
Saturday: 5–9pm
Same slow-fermented sourdough bases. Same limited dough each night.

Milo’s Pizza doesn’t start with pizza.
It starts over 100 years ago — with a blacksmith.
My family turned to baking during tough times. The first loaves were terrible. Then one day, a man on a bicycle showed up and taught them how to ferment dough overnight.
We still use that same principle today.
Every pizza is made using a 70-year-old sourdough starter from .
No shortcuts. Just better dough.
