Our Mint Chocolate Cheesecake is cool, fresh, minty and seriously indulgent — sitting on a delicious mint biscuit base, served with vanilla ice cream on chocolate soil and finished with a large mint white chocolate button.

Taking a moment whilst watering the flowers, after all of our wonderful guests this evening have either left or retired to their rooms, to feel very grateful for such a wonderful garden that so many people have enjoyed and commented on in this weather.
