The King's Head in Chipping Ongar is a beautiful 17th-century pub, restored with great care – but it’s also a thoroughly modern meeting place, right in the heart of the town of Chipping, Ongar. We’ve even got plenty of parking. Our decked outdoor space is a lovely spot to enjoy a few drinks, or even alfresco dining when the weather is right. Our carefully considered food menu is as fresh, characterful and well-sourced as we can possibly make it – and we really care about presentation, too.
