Coal & fire cooking out in the landscape is something else…
The fresh outside (when it’s not 34 degrees) 😂🥵 the smell and the flavours coal takes on the ingredients.
Being involved in the chat, the banter and the event itself. I love it.
Is so much different to restaurants (obviously) in how people are. Everyone is so much more relaxed. Ready to dine but understand if there’s a set back. Guest love to be involved aswell. It’s great to talk about what you’re cooking, how long you cook it for, photos taken, videos recorded.
Open coal dining is a great way to get together and enjoy just being outside, and appreciating your company (and 🍾🍷🍻🍻🍾🎉 ) of course 😂
