Some of the best Charcuterie available!

Let me reintroduce myself 👋
If you're new here, a new customer, or just discovering SaltPig
I'm Ben the founder of SaltPig Curing Company.
I started SaltPig in 2016 after years working as a chef in some of the country's best kitchens.
My obsession with quality and provenance led me to curing.
I wanted to understand every part of the produce i was working with, so i began working with local farmers, breaking down whole animals and learning how to make the most of every cut.
I eventually left the kitchen to build something of my own, spending time in Italy, France and Spain to learn from the traditions that inspired me.
Thats how SaltPig was born. 🐖
Thanks for being a part of the journey and i hope you enjoy our products as much as we do!
