Hard to believe it’s been a year! But today marks the day that Chloe’s closed last year (thanks for remembering Kathy Slack🥬Food Writer & Veg Grower ❤️)
I’m very grateful that we had these couple of years and especially thankful to and Caz Shepherd for helping me so much along the way and to my darling Tom Sharp who is always so supportive no matter what.
I think it’s fair to say that people are now much more aware about how difficult it is to run a small hospitality business(especially one as idiosyncratic as Chloe’s). And I know we made the right decision, both financially and for our family.
