What a lovely day with Georgina and Robin at 🍷🥘💛

Thank you for having us back to serve our paella at another fantastic event. It means so much to be invited again and to share our food with so many lovely people.

Our next event will be at the down at the cricket club on Saturday 27th June and we’d love to see you there.

Come and say hello, try some of our delicious chicken and chorizo, or vegetarian paella, and enjoy the festivities with us!

See you soon!

In the kitchen, chocolate doesn’t forgive.
One degree too hot… it loses its shine.
One degree too cold… it won’t set properly.
Tempering chocolate is about precision, control, and discipline.
Heating, cooling, and working it at exactly the right moment — no shortcuts.
That glossy finish.
That perfect snap.
That’s not luck. That’s technique.
And for me… it’s where passion meets mastery.

Passion fruit mousse- Silky passion fruit mousse, perfectly balanced between sweet and tangy, topped with a rich, glossy chocolate ganache. Fresh, vibrant, and indulgent — a true taste of Brazil in every spoonful…Simply irresistible.
