For our May addition we head down to the coast to see our good friend Howie celebrating his new venture in Rustington. Last year we made our own afragatos grabbing coffee from Howie and ice cream from Jim’s which we couldnt not do again

Join us for a social run down to the beach and back before grabbing either a Cast Iron coffee, a pint or even a brilliant cocktail using our La Columbia! With this edition being a Friday evening feel free to order some fantastic food from the kitchen and sit out in garden in the sun (we hope)

Kickstarting from the Roastery at 09.00 we will be doing our normal 5k loop to and from Goodwood House! Running at a conversational pace this is for anyone and everyone to get involved. Crossing the finish line will be rewarded with a FREE coffee!!
