"Tasty Lunch"
Have a very nice lunch here. Menu had a good selection of sandwiches, cakes, jacket potatoes and specials. Food was served promptly and was very nice. Would happily revisit.

Very historic place so lucky to be able to enjoy such a treasure...your mind runs riot on what may have happened there......good menu and loads of nice cakes...excellent place to relax having looked around the cathedral and walked around the shops....staff friendly and helpful....the whole place was very clean including the toilets.....would return if in the area and would recommend it without hesitation.......

Dating from the late 12th century, this incredibly historic building which is situated only a few shops down from the famous 'Clock Tower' in the very centre of Chichester, has been fully restored by the Cathedral Landlords and is described as 'a fine specimen of very ancient architecture, well deserving the notice and inspection of the antiquarian'. As with all our Butterys, it is well known for serving delicious breakfasts, lunches, homemade cakes, cream teas etc.

We are situated in the centre of very busy historic Chichester. On the out skirt we are only a short distance away from lovely countryside in The Downs, and Beautiful views along Chichester Harbour and Marina.

Car parks and local transports serve very well the area and it is therefore very easy to come and visit and make us be your meeting place, with your friends and family. :)
