Today we had the honour of hosting the wake of a much-loved local, Dave, better known to many as Dave the Roof.

It was a privilege to welcome his family and friends to The Anchor as they came together to remember and celebrate his life.

Rest in peace, Dave. You’ll be truly missed by so many in our local community.

From everyone at The Anchor, our thoughts are with Dave’s family and friends. 🤍

The Anchor will be closed all day on Tuesday 1st September while we host a private event.
