Now that Her Majesty’s funeral date has been set, we can confirm that Farmer, Butcher, Chef will be closed on Monday 19 September in order to pay our respects.

The restaurant will fully re-open on Tuesday 20 September. Thank you.

Over the Goodwood Festival of Speed weekend, we welcomed some very special guests to Farmer, Butcher, Chef, our zero-waste, sustainable restaurant at the The Goodwood Hotel.

Gordon Ramsay and some of his executive chefs from his restaurants across London teamed up with the Michelin Guide to cook a lunch for some special guests.

"It was truly exciting to sit down with some of my best chefs and devise this menu based around not only excellent ingredients and really delicious dishes, but also for us to push even further our thoughts around sustainability and what that means.

I’m proud of the conversations this provoked and the dishes we have created and thank Goodwood and Michelin for inviting us to be part of such an excellent event." - Gordon Ramsay
