Good morning to any El castizo friends! I wanted to just say that the restaurant will now not be re opening! Which is very sad for us and our apologies to those who were waiting. This was completely out of our hands. We would like to keep the page going for anyone who is interested in everything Spanish ! Great destinations across Spain, festivals etc. Obviously check out our Casalola page, if you want to come and see us and have the culinary experience. Once again thank you over the years and I hope we can see you all again over the coming years!

Over the years we have had so many staff that have helped us to reach the success we found. Rocio, Sylvia, Dunia, Carlos, Javi, Xavi, Miguel, Pablo, Sonia, Luis, Will,Enrique, Emma, Katie, Alexis, Maika, Yaiza, Alex and so many more! To all of you we want to say a huge thank you and I hope we can stay in contact, especially as we live in Spain now! ;)

Ok people and loved friends....this Saturday will be the last day of James's and Dianas control of El Castizo ! However the restaurant has been bought by a wonderful couple, who are going to spruce things up a little. El Castizo will re open on the 5th of September as El Castizo! That's right it's still going to be the same but perhaps a little better, with all your favourite dishes still there! Hannah and Alex are going to have their grand opening on the weekend of the Goodwood revival so dress to impress with perhaps a intake Spanish look! Diana and I would like to thank you for all your years of custom and we already miss you. Many of you have become great friends and I hope we can keep in contact. Please please keep going to El Castizo, I would love to return to England in a couple of years and still find what we created still going. Thank you again so much and make sure you book for the revival ! Xx
