Shift times:
• Friday & Saturday: 5pm – 9pm
• Sunday: 5pm – 7pm
(Potential for additional shifts during the week)

We’d like to sincerely apologise to all of our customers for the delays experienced last night.
We received an unprecedented level of demand that, if we’re honest, we simply couldn’t have anticipated. Unfortunately, this meant some deliveries took much longer than our usual standards. Our regular customers know that speed and quality are what we pride ourselves on, so we completely understand the frustration and disappointment caused.

To help us maintain the level of service you expect from us, we’ll be making a few temporary changes:
• Reducing our delivery radius from 7 miles down to 4 miles to improve delivery times
• Encouraging collection where possible – this will always be the fastest way to get your food
• Actively hiring additional drivers as quickly as we can

We’re also still serving up slices and fries at The Duke in Brampton from 2–6pm every Saturday & Sunday 🍕

Don’t forget – you can pre-order via our website or by messaging us directly on social media.

We truly appreciate everyone’s patience, support, and understanding. Nights like these show just how much love there is for Pizza Portal, and we’re working hard to make sure we deliver the service you deserve every time ❤️
