I’m a 3rd year chemistry student working behind the bar. I have been in hospitality since I was 17, I got into it in order to pay for university.

Death row 3 course meal:
🍴The ham and egg 2.0 currently on our menu paired with an amaretto sour
🍴Venison steak and fries with a peppercorn sauce paired with a Manhattan
🍴Our current chocolate desert paired with a salted caramel espresso martini

Who would be your dream dinner guests to dine with? ✨George Lucas – love star wars and would love to meet the person behind it
✨Billy Ray Cyrus – one of the greatest country artists of all time, would be mega to sit down with one of the old legends.

HOGGET - IXSIR ALTITUDES

Made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot & Syrah grapes, this Lebanese wine highlights the best of this country.

It has aromas of red fruits with intense flavours of cherry, blackcurrant and sweet spice.

We find this wine pairs perfectly with our hogget dish as the spice cuts through the richness of the meat and the sweetness highlights the floral flavours of the wild garlic and sheep’s curd.
