Happy Wednesday Everyone 💕

It’s looking like it’s going to be a lovely day today, so just a quick throw back to some pretty pink baby shower cupcakes from the weekend 💖

Today is all about preparing for the at Peak Village on Sunday, I’ve got so many goodies planned, both Halloween themed and decorated bakes will be available 🎃

I’ll also be launching something special for preorder, so keep your eyes peeled 👀

Apologies for the quietness on here recently, I’ve been busy with work behind the scenes, lots of celebrations finally able to happen which is great 😊

I loved making this little vegan lemon birthday cake the other week, you just can’t beat bold blooms on a rustic buttercream base 💕

Happy Monday Everyone…. Well what a crazy weekend I have had!!

I stood my first ever makers market yesterday, lots of nerves in the lead up last week but once I got there it was brilliant, I met so many lovely stall holders and customers, it was great to be out talking to people again 💕

I definitely learnt so much this weekend, firstly that I really don’t like rain ☔️ and secondly that everybody loves Freddos 😂.

A big thank you to everyone who came and visited the stall, as well as to all my friends and family who told me I could do it and helped make it all possible… Roll on the next one 💕

Happy Friday Everyone 💛 hope everyone is looking forward to the weekend… I know I am 😂

Just a little throwback to the first cake I made using dried flowers as decorations, once I started I just fell in love with how effortless and naturally they sit on a cake.

This beauty was a luscious lemon cake, with yellow ombré buttercream, plenty of dried flowers, a white drip, gold accents in splatters & sprinkles then finished with white chocolate Lindors😍 and gorgeous topper from 💛

Happy Tuesday Everyone 🌸

What absolutely gorgeous weather we are having at the moment ☀️ I have to admit I really want to enjoy it… but it is going to make the next few days in the kitchen warm 😂🤦‍♀️

This little beauty has to be one of my faves from last week, the stunning horse model was made by my very talented friend .

Decorated with all sorts of chocolatey things from a rich chocolate drip to the matchmakers fencing…. Who knew how good orange matchmakers are with a cuppa 😍?

Happy Monday Everyone 🌸

Hope everyone has had a nice weekend, I got a lovely weekend off down in Cambridgeshire to celebrate my two fab friends baby shower, which was so lovely, especially after a busy time last week 💕

Just one of last weeks lovely celebration cakes, but this dairy free beauty was very special as it was for a very hardworking gentleman who is a paramedic for the HART team. This cake was a classic dairy free Victoria sponge covered in lactose free buttercream, Moam pinballs and chocolate 🍫

I’ll be adding some more of the highlights of my weekend to stories later so you can see what i got up to 💕

Happy Friday Everyone…. Woohoo the weekend is here 🎉

This weeks obsession seems to be Jammy Dodgers 😍, they’ve been put in blondies, topped off cakes and finally but most importantly the spares have been dipped in white chocolate and devoured by me with a cuppa 😂 who knew they were so good?

Hope everybody has some lovely plans for this weekend, the last one before back to school 🍎

Happy Thursday Everyone 💕 What a crazy one this week is!

This choccy beauty was for a lovely lady celebrating her 18th birthday, and what better way to do it than with a chocolate overload cake?

Rich chocolate sponges layered with buttercream and chocolate ganache 🤤 Covered in a milk chocolate drip, slabs of Galaxy, Malteser’s and the birthday girls favourite Lindor’s 😍🍫

(I need to stay away from the chocolate cupboard today 😂)

Happy Tuesday Everyone…. Even though I woke up thinking it was Monday 😂 Ooops!

Lots of exciting and different cakes to make this week, but I started the week yesterday with trays of this beauty… Salted Caramel Core Rolo Blondie 💕

I have to admit I did try a piece last night with a brew and wow it was good 😍 So much love for the molten salted caramel core in the middle of each one… and then topped with Rolos 🤤 a little old school but a definite favourite of mine.
