💚 A PROUD LITTLE H&H @ KOO MOMENT…

It’s hard to believe how much has happened in such a short space of time.

When we took over Koo, we had a very clear idea of what we wanted H&H @ Koo to become: somewhere with great food, exceptional coffee and genuine hospitality. Somewhere you could pop in for breakfast, meet friends for lunch, enjoy an amazing piece of cake, sit outside with a glass of wine — and, of course, bring the dog! 🐾

A proper neighbourhood place with a bit of personality.

And already, it feels like it’s becoming exactly that. 💚

Since taking over, we’ve introduced a new menu, expanded our gluten-free and vegan choices, brought in some absolutely incredible cakes, improved our coffee offering, introduced all-day breakfast and started building a carefully selected range of wines, premium lagers, ciders and alcohol-free drinks.

We’ve welcomed hundreds of you through the doors, had some unbelievably busy days, received some wonderful reviews and — most importantly — started getting to know so many of our regular customers.

We haven’t got absolutely everything right. We’ve learned plenty along the way and we’ll keep learning. But the team have worked incredibly hard to adapt to business levels that, quite frankly, have exceeded anything we expected so quickly.

And we’re only just getting started…

Seeing H&H @ Koo busy, hearing the chatter around the tables, seeing people enjoying the outside space and watching customers come back for their second, third and fourth visits already is probably the bit I’m most proud of.

This was always about creating more than just another café.

Coffee by day. Wine by night. Great food, good people and a genuine sense of community.

To every single person who has visited us, recommended us, left a review, shared one of our posts or simply told somebody about us — thank you.

And to the H&H team, who have thrown themselves into what has been a pretty incredible few weeks — thank you too. 💚

There is so much more to come.

Since taking over H&H @ Koo, we’ve been absolutely blown away by the support we’ve received — and reading your lovely reviews genuinely means so much to us.

We set out to create somewhere with great food, fabulous cakes, quality coffee and, most importantly, genuine hospitality — somewhere you can relax, feel welcome and want to come back to again and again.

Seeing so many of you mention our friendly team, the atmosphere, our food, our dog-friendly welcome 🐾 and even the changes since we took over makes all the hard work worthwhile.
