This is a fully registered, Environmental Health-approved commercial kitchen, operating in full compliance with all relevant food safety and food hygiene legislation.

The start of takeaway service may take a little longer while all required procedures, documentation, and allergen and ingredient controls are fully put in place. This ensures that every aspect of the business operates safely, professionally, and in accordance with regulatory requirements.

All food will be prepared in a commercial kitchen (not a home kitchen), with strict controls in place for temperature monitoring, cooling, storage, and handling.

Food safety and customer wellbeing are our highest priorities.
