KA MATE! KA MATE! KA ORA! KA ORA! 🙌
Last week, we brought colleagues from across Admiral Taverns together at Chester Racecourse for a day of learning, celebration and connection.
From business updates to celebrating achievements from across the business, the conference was an opportunity to reflect on our progress and recognise the collective effort that drives Admiral Taverns forward.
We also heard from Jolanta Strong from@Licensed Trade Charity who shared the incredible work they do supporting people across the hospitality industry alongside Lewis Croft from Claire House, who shared inspiring stories about the incredible work the charity does to support children and families.
The day ended with a powerful introduction to the Haka. More than just an energetic performance, it was a moving reminder of the values that bring people together; unity, respect, pride and the strength that comes from standing side by side as one team.
As we return to our roles across the business, we'll take those lessons with us, supporting one another, celebrating success and continuing to build a culture where everyone feels valued and part of our story. 💚
