Why does grind size matter? ☕👀
Think about pouring water through rocks versus sand.
Water rushes through rocks really quickly… but moves much slower through sand.
Coffee works the exact same way 🙌
If your coffee is ground too coarse, water passes through too fast and your coffee can taste weak or sour.
Too fine? The water struggles to get through, which can lead to bitter, over-extracted coffee.
Getting the grind size right helps create balance, sweetness and clarity in every cup 🧡
