We have a classic Tuscan dish on the specials this week, ‘Lamb Shoulder Parppadelle’🍝

The dish is flavoursome and packed with herbs and a rich red wine ragú with 24 hour slow cooked lamb

The dish’s name ‘Parppare’ loosely translates to gobble with delight and we certainly hope the dish has this effect on those who try it! 😋

For our fish this week, choose from fresh pan fried Hake or Seatrout served with a delicate saffron & cream sauce, clams and Menai mussels, crispy potatoes and buttered green veg. 🐠

As always the specials are limited and will run until Saturday night so gobble away folks while you can…

A massive thank you to everyone who attended our Jazz & Paella evening last night! It was a pleasure having you all! 🥘🎺🎶

Thank you also to the brilliant chef Hickson who served up some fantastic food transporting us all to sunny heart of España 🇪🇸

And of course a gigantic hoorah and thank you from us to our good friend Wyatt and his fantastic band mates, Mike & Rich, for putting on a great show! We certainly hope they will be back again… Christmas Cabaret anyone?

🐑 Since Wednesday we have been serving Lamb as a special this week! We can't get enough of it at the moment 😁

Generally we are serving a generous 8oz lamb rump from David Joinson, charred beautifully on our grill, served above a golden potato rösti, our striking miso-buttered leeks 😍, delicious flavourful celeriac, lemon & parsley purée!
Alongside a rich & glossy red wine jus 🍷

One customer called us up and pre ordered lamb rack for himself this week which clearly went down well we are very pleased to report 🤩

Have you tried one of our Sunday roasts?

It’s been a while since we hyped them up so seems only fair to give them their chance in the sun! ☀️

Every Sunday we have on a range of roast meats 🥩 & veggie options, served with ALL the trimmings. Huge fluffy yorkshires, pigs, herby stuffing, creamy mash, crispy roasties, slow cooked sweet root veg🥕🍠, buttery broccoli 🥦 & as much gravy as you would like! The perfect way to close out your weekend!

If that doesn’t sound like enough food why not level up and preorder one of our ‘Thor’s Hammer’ sharing platters, with 24hr slow cooked beef, marinated in thyme & red wine. Feeds between 4-5 extremely hungry mouths (with leftovers guaranteed)!

🐟 THIS WEEK'S FISH SPECIAL !!!

This week's offering is good enough for the gods 🙌🏽

Fleetwood's own, fresh 7 Oz Hake fillets, served with lemon & garlic marinated crispy tempura baby squid! Introducing our first attempt at butter & miso marinated glazed leeks, to die for! Golden peppered potato rösti, served with a silky, creamy yet fresh celeriac, lemon & parsley purée.

To finish off because why not, Alex's signature langoustine bisque, rich and flavourful, served on the side 🦐. Every element of which of course made from scratch from our fantastic team 👏🏽

It would be a shame to miss this one!!!

A huge thank you to everyone for the fantastic response we have had to our evening of live jazz music and paella!!! We absolutely can't to enjoy great food and great entertainment with you!

We would love to offer some additional seating if we can make it work, so please let us do know if you were hoping to join us! We need to look at the space and see what we can do.

We have just opened the waiting list so if anyon that's booked in that can't make it on the day it would be great to offer it out!

Obviously be aware it's going to be busy but we would love to pack out the standing area for those who want to come down and have a drink and enjoy it 🍻

Music starts at 7pm
