Espresso- Colombia, bioreactor inoculated, peach and dragonfruit 🍑
Batch- China, anaerobic yeast, lychee and rose 🌺

Chester Market:
Espresso- Colombia, anaerobic washed, apricot and peach 🍑
Batch- Ethiopia, hybrid washed, candied lemon and pears 🍋
Pourover- Colombia, honey and red fruit co-ferment, strawberry and cherry 🍓

Today we’re saying farewell to Libby as she works her final shift at Frodsham Street. For the past two years, Lib has been such a valued part of our team - bringing plenty of smiles and hard work along the way. She’ll be truly missed by us all. We’re so excited to see what she does next and wish her every success in her new adventure ✨
