WE HAVE AN ANNOUNCEMENT..
Da Noi was conceived, developed and launched starting from absolutely nothing. No previous experience in the sector or in owning businesses. Just passion, strength and complicity between me and Valentina. And surely a bit of madness.
We have created a business model that allowed us to manage our restaurant in complete control. We have achieved our results operating in the tiniest and most challenging kitchen (we invited some guests regularly to see it too), tried moving premises 5 times, went through a pandemic risking everything we had. Through all this we have organised and run events and collaborations, participated in festivals and worked with schools, mentored young chefs and aspiring business owners. We are one of the handful of Italian restaurants in the UK to have always featured in the key sector guides during our time.
We learnt a lot humanly, met hundreds of awesome people along the way and have been blessed to be able to always keep this business financially sound and through it, fund the start of and .pizzeria, which are now solid realities in this beautiful city.
Recently, after six beautiful years, we have realised we completely fulfilled our dreams as a couple in life and in business with Da Noi, and know that now is the right time to move on, at our peak.
This will allow us to continue focussing on the evolution of our brand with and .pizzeria that carry on growing and delivering daily and surely won’t stop to move on if we see more opportunities to bring something super exciting on.
We decided that the final service at Da Noi will be on Monday 23rd December 2024.
Bookings continue being taken for the slots that are left in the diary. We really hope to see a lot of people in enjoying what we do for one or more nights.
For these last three months, we will be re-introducing Sunday lunch to our schedule, following your continued requests. And expect one more event on site and one more collaboration.
