First of the Season šŸ˜‹

Stonebeck Wensleydale, from Nidderdale, Yorkshire. This is a wonderful seasonal cheese, made from the milk of a herd of Northern Dairy Shorthorn cows, a rare breed native to the Yorkshire Dales. They donā€™t produce as much milk as the Frisian dairy cow, so this cheese is unique, and the girls also have a rest from milking, so that they can nurture their calves. Hence the cheese is only made for a few months of the year and is super delicious šŸ˜‹

Enjoyed a wonderful afternoon , tasting some of their wines.
We filled the van and will have them on the shelves tomorrow šŸ˜‹ so delicious and oh so local!

We are very excited to have this Brand new local honey from With Sweet Company
They do a fantastic range, but we have chosen these to get the ball rolling. We hope to have these guys in the shop doing a tasting soon šŸ™
