Galloway Patisserie is made up of a team of dedicated and highly talented pastry chefs, who work together to produce the highest standard of tasty, visually stunning desserts. Founded in 1991 by leading pastry chef Iain Galloway, Galloway Patisserie was created to provide a support service to the pastry teams of the top hotels and restaurants. Iain and his team's commitment to freshness, quality,

flavour and design guarantees a consistent quality and all Galloway chefs are trained patissiers who work to develop ongoing relationships with clients to ensure we can quickly meet your needs. New products are constantly added to ensure customers' menus can change regularly, and old favourites are always available. Our expert chefs will also work with you to produce new exclusive desserts or make something unique for a special event. Our business base includes everything from gastro pubs and small restaurants to large function management firms and corporate event planners. This skill, expertise and commitment to the highest standards of culinary excellence stems from Iain's 10 years experience in some of Europe's top kitchens and 7 years at Swissair, which has given him the skills and sensitivity to produce continental style patisserie to the highest standards in a demanding marketplace. Iain has worked in some of the most prestigious patisseries in Europe, including:
• Gleneagles Hotel, Scotland (1975-76)
• Frankfurterhof Hotel, Frankfurt-am-Mein (1976-77)
• Hotel Schweizerhof, St.Moritz (1977-78)
• Dronningen Restaurant, Oslo (1978-79)
• Hotel Richmond/La Perle du Lac, Hotel Hilton, Geneva (1979-81)
• Swissair, Geneva (1981-89)
• Grosvenor Hotel, Chester (1989-91)
• Proprietor, Galloway Patisserie (1991-present)
