We’re incredibly proud to share some very special news.

Stile Napoletano has been ranked #5 in Europe in Enjoy Travel’s 50 Best Pizzas in Europe 2026.

And they described us as:

To see our little pizzeria in Chester sitting at number 5 in Europe, alongside some of the most respected names in the pizza world, is something truly special for us.

Since the beginning, our philosophy has been simple: exceptional ingredients, respect for traditional Neapolitan techniques and a constant desire to improve.

Fifty seconds of video. Just one main ingredient.

The cavolo nero comes in a crate. I strip the leaves by hand, cook them and blend them into a cream. The crisp ones on top come from the same crate, finished another way.

I keep the menu short on purpose. This is why. ✨

That password has a name on our menu: PROVOLA E PEPE.

San Marzano tomato, smoked mozzarella, Parmesan, basil, black pepper chilli oil.

Five things, and two of them do the work: the mozzarella is smoked, and the pepper isn’t a garnish. That’s why a pizzaiolo would order this one and not a margherita. 🍕

Can I have one with smoked mozzarella and black pepper?

In Naples that wasn’t an order. It was a password.

A pizzaiolo eating in someone else’s pizzeria would ask for it exactly like that, and the man at the oven knew straight away he had a colleague in the room. The pizza was on nobody’s menu. That was the point. ✨
