Afternoon tea is served in Arkle Bar and Lounge. At the heart of the hotel is the luxury Spa at The Chester Grosvenor offering traditional and holistic treatments. With five treatment rooms, a steam room, herb sauna and relaxation room, the boutique Spa offers a comprehensive list of treatments and Spa packages designed to harmonise body and mind. The hotel has a variety of stylish and flexible event suites, each suitable for any event, from weddings and private dining experiences to meeting and conferences.

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Richie Dean, a much-loved and highly valued member of The Chester Grosvenor family.

Richie brought warmth, kindness, and a genuine care to those around him. With his ever-present smile and generous spirit, he had a remarkable way of making people feel welcome and valued, and he will be long remembered for the positive impact he had on so many of us.

We feel privileged to have known and worked alongside such an incredible man, and he will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Whilst we focus on supporting those closest to Richie, our social channels will be quieter than usual, and we thank Hospitality Action for their assistance during this difficult time.

If you would like to remember Richie, a book of remembrance is displayed in the hotel foyer to share your memories.
