Organsdale Farm – Plastering Transformation 🏡

A great example of why preparation makes all the difference.

The existing lath and plaster was broken, cracked and badly uneven, so rather than simply trying to skim over the problems, we put it right properly.

🔨 Damaged areas removed
🔨 Re-boarded where required
🔨 Uneven areas bonded out
🔨 Awkward window reveals carefully formed
🔨 Fully plastered to create a smooth finish
🧹 Cleaned down and left tidy on completion

The new roof trusses are going on, completely changing the shape of this property.

Another big step forward on our Kelsall project.
✅ MOT hardcore down
✅ New fencing completed
✅ Ground prepared and ready for the next stage
Next up, we’ll be moving onto the bespoke outdoor room and Indian stone paving, when this garden will really start to take shape.
From groundwork through to the finished outdoor living space — one company, fully managed from start to finish.

The speed of this build continues. 🔥

With the main SIPs shell up, we’re straight onto the roof:

🔨 Firrings installed to create the roof fall
🏠 Lantern upstand formed
🪚 New structure cut into the existing roof
🔗 New and existing roof structures tied together
📐 Edging timbers installed ready for the roofline

This is where careful detailing matters — getting the structure right now sets up everything that follows.

Now it’s really starting to take shape…

What was once an overgrown, unused section of garden is quickly becoming a completely new space.

Next up 👉 MOT hardcore base as we continue preparing the ground for the next stages of this full garden transformation.

KELSALL PROJECT — PART 2 🚧

What a difference already! 👀

The overgrown hedges are cut right back, the uneven ground has been excavated and cleared, and we’re now getting the space prepared for the new fencing and next stage of the transformation.

And while clearing the site… we uncovered some amazing old sandstone. 🪨

Far too good to throw away — so we’re giving it a new purpose and incorporating it into a bespoke sandstone planter as part of the finished garden.

This is about more than clearing a garden. We’re taking dead, unused space and completely transforming it through landscaping, groundwork, fencing and ultimately a brand-new outdoor room.
