We have an exciting 6 Week Summer Programme for you all to get involved in 😊🙌🏼

🎨’Craft & Connect’ Club:
Every Saturday, starting Saturday 25th July
£5 per person, includes:
- All materials
- Weekly summer themes
Perfect for families, adults & children 😊

🚶’Friends of Calm’ Wellbeing Walks
Every Friday, starting Friday 31st July
FREE to attend
- Everyone welcome
- 4-5km route
- Accessible for prams and wheelchair users
- Cuppa and a chat afterwards at Calm Coffee

One of the many reasons why Calm Coffee Group CIC 🧘🏻‍♀️☕️ feels so welcoming, healing and homely is our amazing, magical plants.

They do more than brighten a room. They create a calmer atmosphere, help reduce stress, improve focus, and remind us to slow down and breathe.

Sometimes it’s the smallest things that make the biggest difference. 💚

What makes us happy is welcoming people into our space, creating connection, having conversations over a cuppa, supporting people through our services and sharing our stories.

We believe wellbeing cannot exist solely in our own head. Wellbeing is a combination of feeling good as well as having meaningful, good relationships, feeling seen, heard and understood.
