Dear friends,

It's with a heavy heart that I announce the permanent closure of Chez François.

This little restaurant has meant the world to me—it’s been more than just a place to share food. It’s been a home, a dream come true, and most of all, a place where I’ve had the privilege to connect with so many of you.

To our loyal customers, thank you. Your support, laughter, and love have filled these walls and my heart. To my incredible staff—thank you for your hard work, your passion, and your belief in what we built together.

As I prepare to return home to France, I carry with me unforgettable memories and deep gratitude. This chapter may be closing, but the journey and the friendships will stay with me forever.
