Had a great day at Little budworth village fete yesterday. I would like to thank the weather for behaving itself. Now to do all that baking all over again as i will be at tarvin fete on saturday 13th

Ive been very busy at work this past month so cakes have taken a bit of a back seat but managed to fit some in the past week. Been playing around with my air brusher and really happy with how that Liverpool cake turned out

K pop demon hunters cake for a little girls 6th birthday. Obviously had to hide derpy around the back because he cant not be on the cake. Because of this cake i now want to make matching cupcakes for myself

Had lots of fun baking everything for the wedding i was asked to do last week, not only did they ask for a 7” naked cake and 90 2” cakes which came in 3 flavours
Triple lemon (lemon cake, lemon buttercream, lemon curd)
Victoria sandwich
Red velvet
They then got in touch and asked if i could make a treat table for them too.
Roped the sister in to be the pot washer and she was getting stressed at the fact i wasn’t stressed 😂

I usually avoid making stuff out of fondant like the plague but every now and then i will say yes and take the challenge. Im just impressed my little chef actually looks like a chef 😂. Its amazing what you can learn from youtube and google pictures. But i think that is it for fondant till next year

Finally got around to making a cornflake tart, had a couple ordered for easter so pushed me to get it done. Just need to find some pans to make a 1 or 2 person portion, i think they would be a great addition on a market stall.

Found a new favorite doing little flowers around a cake. Nice lot of cupcakes have gone out. The golf ones were gluten free.
Its very rare i get to bake the peanut butter cupcakes and i love peanut butter so the house smelt amazing 🤤
