New dishes are now on the menu!

We’ve been busy in the kitchen and are excited to introduce some new additions to the menu.

• Lemongrass Chicken Ramen
A fragrant Thai basil, miso, lemongrass and ginger noodle broth with panko chicken, corn, carrot, radish, bean sprouts and chilli oil.

• Smoked Salmon Napa Salad
Hot smoked salmon glazed with Korean flavours, served with napa leaf, edamame, cucumber, broccoli, sesame, spring onion and vinaigrette.

• Soy Butter Shiitake
Shiitake mushrooms glazed in soy and miso butter with radish, roasted chilli peanuts, cucumber and coriander.

We’ve been busy creating some exciting new dishes and cocktails, and we’re nearly ready to share them with you.

New dishes include:

• Lemongrass Chicken Ramen
Thai basil, miso, lemongrass and ginger noodle broth with panko chicken, corn, carrot, radish, bean sprouts and chilli oil.

• Smoked Salmon Napa Salad
Hot smoked salmon with a Korean glaze, napa leaf, edamame, cucumber, broccoli, sesame, spring onion and vinaigrette.

• Soy Butter Shiitake
Soy and miso butter glazed shiitake mushrooms with radish, roasted chilli peanuts, cucumber and coriander.

We’ve also got three new cocktails joining the line up:

• Limoncello Spritz
Limoncello, Prosecco and soda.

• Bao and BBQ Aqua Azul
Vodka, blue curaçao and lemon soda.

• Bao and BBQ Sour
Your choice of Midori or whiskey, shaken with lemon juice, egg white and simple syrup.
