He’s done it again! For the second year in a row Head Chef Matt has made it to the Craft Guild of Chefs National Chef of the Year semi-final.
Known as the UK’s most prestigious culinary competition, previous winners have included Gordon Ramsay and Mark Sargeant.
Matt will be taking part in a live cook-off next month in hopes of progressing to the July Final.
