Back for its third year, this is a coffee that’s become part of our story.

We sourced the very first harvest from Eber Tocto Bermeo in Peru, and we’re proud to keep showcasing this lot - still the only roastery in the UK (as far as we know) working with it.

In the cup: sweet, fruit-forward, and beautifully balanced. Red grape, nectarine, and a soft, creamy finish.

A project coffee we truly believe in, from a producer worth knowing.

We’re joining the La Marzocco Easter Egg Hunt 🐣

From Tuesday 31st March – Sunday 5th April, we’ll be hiding a limited-edition La Marzocco x Bare Bones Chocolate golden egg somewhere at Ritual Coffee Roasters.

How to take part?

• Follow for exclusive location clues throughout the week.
• Keep an eye on our stories between 31st March – 5th April.
• Follow the clues to track down the hidden golden egg.
• When you find it, snap a photo with the egg and post it to your story tagging , and (or send us a DM).

The first person to find the golden egg wins a year’s Ritual Coffee Roasters subscription, worth £150.

Cecil is taking his role as Chief Egg Security Officer very seriously, so you’ll need to be quick.

We’re growing, and we’re looking for a brilliant barista to grow with us. 🌱

We’re looking for a full-time barista who’s passionate about coffee, obsessed with great customer service and experience, and loves being part of a close-knit team.

Barista experience preferred, but attitude and people skills matter just as much. If you enjoy creating memorable coffee moments and working in an independent roastery environment, this could be for you.

Back in the roastery and straight into the daily grind.

You absolutely rinsed our stocks over the festive period, but the drums are turning again and we’re properly fired up for the year ahead.

With most of our rotating seasonal lots now sold out, fresh coffees are landing very soon - think Rwanda naturals and honeys, plus a beautiful washed Bourbon from Nestor Lasso.

We’re ready 🌞

Meet & Greet Manager: Festive Rota Approved 🤝 🎄 🎅

Cecil has signed off on the festive rota ✔️ Coffee and brunch will be flowing at the brew bar with the following times:

24 December: 8am - 4.30pm
25 - 26 December: Closed
27 December: 8.30am - 4.30pm
28 December: 9am - 4pm
29 - 31 December: 8.30am - 4.30pm
1 January: Closed
2 January onwards: usual opening hours resume
(Kitchen closes at 3.30pm each day)

The retail shelves will also be well stocked throughout this period, so if you’re low on beans and local, drop by 🌞🤙
