Charles Takeaway is the longest family run takeaway in Cheltenham and was established over 40 years ago serving the best fish & chips in town. Whilst the quality remains the same, our range is now much more substantial as we are also serving kebabs, chargrilled burgers, southern fried chicken and all of the other usual items you would expect. Unfortunately we do not offer a home delivery service, however if you want to order ahead, don't hesitate to call us and place an order to be collected.

We deeply apologise but due to the vast increase in stock prices, we have had no option but to increase our prices again. This is not to increase profit and when and if stock prices come down, shop prices will follow form, We are currently in line and cheaper than some of our competitors.

Wednesday 29th - Usual opening times

So, we haven't had a post up for a while now, Christmas is just round the corner and the cold winter has finally kicked in.

The festive spirit in the air and lights up everywhere, come in and enjoy our traditional hot served food, for you and your family.
Don't forget to wear them masks on entry and stay safe everyone, We appreciate your patience and co-operation.

Christmas break opening times will be added but currently opening times are as usual - please see website for times.

We would like to wish all our customers a very Happy Christmas and a huge thank you for all your custom and support we have had throughout these hard times and changes, good and bad that we have had to go through this year.
It is greatly appreciated.

We are open!

Under the current guidelines we can remain open for takeaway collections. You can also get a delivery through Deliveroo and Just Eat.

We are keeping up to date with government guidelines and will let you know if anything changes.
