Our Smoked Hog Tray has become the star of the summer menu, and it’s not hard to see why! 🤤

Slow-smoked pulled pork shoulder, tender rolled pork belly and our famous Gloucester sausage, served with fresh focaccia, creamy summer slaw, herb potato salad with a wholegrain mustard & chive dressing, pickles, and BBQ sauce.

A proper feast, packed with smoky flavours and all the best summer sides 🍖☀️
