We will be showing tonight’s England game on both our large inside TVs and our outside TV too! We will have the BBQ sizzling from 4pm and live music from 5-8pm! Come and show your support for our country with us 🍻🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

ENGLAND VS MEXICO 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 🇲🇽

We have made the decision that we will NOT be showing the next England game at 1am this coming Monday. We respect our neighbours and don’t want to cause any disruption during the early hours of the morning, and we value the safety of our staff and customers too.

If/when England gets further in the World Cup, we will reassess the situation and reevaluate our decision. Thank you for your understanding!

THE KINGS HEAD THATCH 2026 … COMPLETE! ✅

We cannot thank Simon and Bill enough for their incredible work on the thatched roof! They have been here for 2 months and today they have finally completed their project - and we are so thrilled with the results! Our team and locals will miss their presence but we will enjoy looking back on the memories we have made over the last 2 months on this historical moment in The Kings Head history! 👑

But wait - the excitement isn’t over just yet! The final finishing touch will be in place this month so WATCH THIS SPACE!!! 🍻☀️

We’re now in July which means we’re closer to the kids breaking up from school! Why not bring them down to our School’s out for Summer Silent Disco! 🪩

Each child will get a mocktail, a flower garland and access to the silent disco in our private function suite - and tickets are only £8! 🕺 🌼☀️🏝️

The thatch renovations are almost complete! Bill and Simon are still working very hard to finish our new thatch off - so why not pop along for a beverage and to check out their progress so far! 🤩🍻
