There are countries you visit. Then there are countries that awaken every sense.

After more than 20 trips across India, from the spiritual banks of Varanasi and the Golden Temple in Amritsar to the vibrant streets of Delhi and Mumbai and the tranquil backwaters of Kerala, we’re still discovering something new every time.

The kaleidoscope of colour. The scent of cardamom, cumin and freshly ground spices drifting through bustling markets. The soundtrack of horns, drums, prayers and laughter. Street food prepared before your eyes. Sacred rituals that have endured for centuries. A country where every region has its own culture, cuisine and identity.

India doesn’t ask you to simply see it. It asks you to feel it.

That is the inspiration behind our immersive dining experience, a Journey designed to awaken every sense from the moment you arrive.

🇺🇿 Uzbekistan

Beyond the ancient cities and Silk Road history, we discovered something even more memorable,
the warmth of Uzbek hospitality.

Sharing a meal with local families showed us that food is more than what’s on the plate. It is generosity, connection and a way of welcoming people in.

These moments inspired our Silk Road menu.

And this September, a new journey begins. 🌍

Over the years, our travels have taken us across more than 100 countries, from bustling markets and ancient cities to remote villages and unforgettable encounters.

These experiences come together in a brand new tasting menu inspired by the world we’ve explored.
