🎶 We had an excellent first day at our “JazzFest” yesterday. Dancing, b**rs and our ‘Bank Holiday Burger’ menu smashed it!
🎶 Day 2 commencing : Live music starts at 1pm with a formidable schedule of excellent musicians. For them all to be in one venue at the same time is epic in itself! Hats off to Eddie Gripper for making it happen
🎶 Today is all about great music, Sunday Roast and great times.
🎶 The kitchen is open all day today 12pm until 9pm.

Feeling ‘hoppy’ today. A nod to the wonderful ‘Hops’ 🍃
As well as looking beautiful, a gorgeous aroma and a cosy feel, ‘Hops’ plays an integral part in the process of producing b**r 🍻
‘Hops’ are the cone-shaped flowers of the hop plant (Humulus lupulus). They are green, papery, cone-shaped flowers with sticky yellow glands called lupulin.
Aroma & flavour: Can range from floral, citrusy, fruity and tropical to herbal, earthy, spicy or resinous.
Hops provide most of b**r’s characteristic bitterness through alpha acids, which are released during boiling.
Essential oils give hops their distinctive aromas and flavours, especially when added late in brewing or as dry hops. These particular hops were grown and harvested in Ledbury, Herefordshire. They will dry out over time and play a lovely new frame to our bar.
