Dear human in need of relaxation,
Welcome to Lazy Graze, a space to relax and unwind (and enjoy a hot drink and a cake!). Zara is a mother at heart. After a rewarding (though sometimes challenging) career as a Foster carer, Zara is an expert at helping people to feel at home. Her warm nature is a soothing balm at Lazy Graze, creating a comfortable escape from the chaos of post-lockdown life. John
spent the last 35 years as a chef in restaurants around the UK and abroad. Inspired by the science and power of good food, John's passion for taste is driven by a love for bringing people together over delicious treats. After a 4 year adventure on the beautiful island of Malta, we've decided to plant our roots closer to home, in the grand city of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. Ready to build something of our own, we want to create a sacred, safe space for you to get away from the stresses and distractions of daily life. When you're at Lazy Graze we invite you to leave your troubles at the door. Whether you're looking for a cosy sanctuary to enjoy time to yourself, a chilled hangout to catch up with a friend (finally) or a zen location to get in some study hours, our doors are open. No need to feel bad about indulging; as fellow earth dwellers, we aim to minimise waste as much as possible by using biodegradable cups and participating in No Waste schemes. We also source as much of our ingredients as possible from fellow independent local businesses to make sure we're supporting our community (this is just the beginning of our plans to remain ethical!)
Our menu is also accessible to all, catering for people with dietary restrictions like Coeliac, Lactose intolerance and other allergies. We want you to feel good about taking time out to relax and unwind, because after all, life is hard enough! Can't wait to see you soon! Warmest wishes
Lazy Graze ❤️
Our values:
We live by a simple set of guidelines:
1) Always make time to relax and unwind - it's important for the soul! (We practise what we preach so our opening hours leave a little time for us to Relax & Unwind too).
2) A cup of tea and a sweet treat can usually turn a bad day around. (We genuinely believe this! But if it isn't quite enough, we support ' # # #', a local mental health charity. Find their contact info on your table and reach out if you need someone to talk to).
3) Our earth is our home and we all have a responsibility to take care of it, and each other. (Check out What Lazy Graze is doing to honour this commitment to our planet by clicking here.)
